Before each guest arrives, our professional cleaning team performs a thorough top-to-bottom cleaning of the entire home, including all high-touch surfaces, kitchen appliances, and bathroom fixtures. All linens, towels, and poolside fabrics are freshly washed and sanitized before each stay or shoot. Common areas are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products, and we allow proper ventilation time between bookings to ensure a clean, refreshed space. We also provide basic cleaning supplies on-site for light touch-ups during your stay or production. Your comfort and safety are our top priority. We aim to make every visit feel fresh, relaxing, and worry-free.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
