PHOTO/VIDEO STUDIO I have three backdrops (8.9 ft wide): plain black, plain grey, and plain white. The backdrop system is permanently installed in the ceiling and there are chains that you can pull to easily unravel and roll up the various backdrops. Please bring your own professional lighting. There are plenty of power outlets and charging stations for your electrical needs. Please note the size of the space. The room that you will be in is approximately 280 sq ft (+ patio + bathroom) and there is a couch, desk, and set of drawers in the room so there is not a lot of room for action but it is perfect for photographing & filming stationary or low movement projects such as headshots, press shots, fashion/models, interviews, podcasts, products, and product demos. If you would like to film a two-person interview or podcast, please let me know in advance so I can provide you with the second navy blue chair (one lives upstairs in the loft and I can bring it down for you). I also have a decorative gold table that you could put in the middle between the chairs along with a cute plant in a gold pot (featured in photos). There is a private bathroom that can be used as a change room but once you have a backdrop down, it acts as a space-divider and the model/subject has a lighted "hallway" area to change in that is next to the closet and complete with a full-length mirror. As you can tell by the photos, I'm a neat freak and I'm equally aware of hygiene and sanitization. I clean everything between bookings including door handles, light switches, and of course, the sink & toilet in the bathroom.
