To maintain a clean and professional space, please follow our cleaning guidelines: All users are required to clean their stations, equipment, and prep areas after each session. Wipe down all surfaces, including tables, stovetops, and sinks. Wash, dry, and return any utensils or smallware used. Remove all personal food items and waste before leaving. Our team performs regular deep cleaning and sanitization to maintain health and safety standards. A cleaning checklist is provided on-site to make it easy to follow our process. Failure to clean properly may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
