✅ Before You Go Please return the space as you found it — light cleaning only. Pick up any trash, food, or personal belongings. Place all trash and recyclables in the designated outdoor bins. Wipe up any major spills or messes to avoid stains or damage. If you moved furniture or décor, please put everything back in its original place. 💦 Pool & Outdoor Area No glassware around the pool or dock — please use plastic only. Remove pool floats, décor, or event props from the water after use. Ensure outdoor lights, BBQ, and fire pit are turned off before departure. 🧺 What We’ll Handle We take care of the deep cleaning — floors, bathrooms, linens, pool area, and landscaping — so you can relax after your event. An additional cleaning fee may apply only if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
