At The Producer’s Loft Studio, the health and safety of our clients, crew, and talent remain a top priority. We follow a rigorous in-house cleaning protocol before and after every session. All high-touch surfaces—including microphones, headsets, furniture, door handles, and equipment—are thoroughly disinfected using professional-grade cleaning agents. Air circulation is maintained with HEPA filtration, and hand sanitizer is readily available throughout the studio. Our soundproof studio is cleaned and reset between bookings to ensure a fresh, hygienic environment for each guest. We encourage crews and clients to follow basic wellness practices and stay home if experiencing any symptoms. With decades of experience producing content at the highest level, we bring that same level of care and professionalism to our health and safety standards—so you can focus fully on creating, with peace of mind.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
