Mid-Century Designer Home + Patio Near Downtown

Our home is a fully renovated mid-century rambler with an open main floor concept and vaulted ceilings in the living room. The kitchen flows into the main living and dining area, making it the perfect space for photoshoots, content creation (kitchen or styling), or professional meetings. I designed the space and love to blend mid-century modern with global touches and ample houseplants. We have west-facing bay windows, so the space gets great lighting particularly midday and into the afternoon/golden hour. Our home office, sunroom, and upstairs guest bedroom that could be utilized for professional photoshoots as well. NEW SUMMER 2026 We recently did a full patio redesign, with modern lounge furniture and a dining table and chairs under a pergola. This can used as part of your rental though is not factored into the square footage calculation due to the limited seasonal use.
