Our Burlington studio is a modern, fully equipped creative space built for photo, video, and podcast production. The open-concept layout provides flexible areas for filming, recording, and collaboration, allowing you to easily adapt the space to meet your project’s needs. Professional lighting and movable furnishings are included to support a range of setups, from interviews and branded content to product shoots and podcasts. Additional equipment and production support are available upon request, including cameras, audio gear, and an on-site studio manager who can assist with recording and editing. Free on-site parking is provided for shoot days, with ground-level access for seamless equipment load-in.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our studio follows enhanced cleaning protocols in line with public health guidelines. High-touch surfaces and shared amenities are regularly disinfected between uses. Bookings are spaced to allow for thorough cleaning and air circulation between sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
