The space sits inside a historic 1895 Parisian building and opens onto a quiet interior courtyard, providing both privacy and excellent sound conditions for filming. The main area is an atypical open space with natural light and parquet floors, adaptable to a wide range of production needs. A small adjacent office can be used as a production base or casting check-in area, and an enclosed fitting room offers privacy for wardrobe and talent preparation. The studio can accommodate eight to ten people for castings, photo shoots, video shoots, self-tapes, interviews, and rehearsals. The layout can be freely configured, and the neutral aesthetic supports multiple creative setups. Always quiet and set back from the street, this location is a strong choice for sound-sensitive productions. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio is cleaned and sanitized before each booking, with all high-touch surfaces (door handles, tables, chairs, and kitchen areas) routinely disinfected. Floors are swept and mopped, waste bins are emptied, and the restroom and kitchen are fully reset for each new guest. Between bookings, the space is ventilated and checked to ensure it is ready for professional use. Basic tidying during the booking is the responsibility of the guest, including returning furniture to its original position and disposing of waste in provided bins. If a production requires additional cleaning services due to unusual use or large equipment load-in, this can be arranged with advance notice.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
