Lone Star on Elm offers a flexible, professional setting for meetings, trainings, workshops, board retreats, and small conferences in Portland’s Entertainment District. The venue includes a large open meeting hall, two private upstairs suites for breakout sessions or leadership use, and outdoor patios for networking and breaks. Capacity: • Up to 60 seated indoors • Expanded space available with patio access Tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, restrooms, and a catering prep area are included. Outside licensed catering and coffee services are welcome. This space is ideal for team meetings, corporate retreats, nonprofit gatherings, and professional workshops that need both comfort and flexibility.

All cleaning is performed by our in-house staff to maintain a spotless, safe, and welcoming venue for every event. After each booking, the space is thoroughly sanitized — floors swept and mopped, restrooms disinfected, and all surfaces wiped with commercial-grade cleaners. Tables, chairs, and high-touch areas are reset and refreshed before every guest arrival to ensure the venue looks and feels brand-new for your celebration.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
