About The Shire Retreats and Events
Our event space sits in the basement of the old farmhouse, with five glass arches opening onto a walled garden with firepit, water feature and outdoor seating — seamlessly blending inside and out. It’s warm, versatile, and full of natural light, shifting effortlessly from season to season, day to night. Hire includes exclusive use of the 260 square metre event space, terrace and walled garden.

The indoor space is cleaned after every use and the walled garden and terrace are maintained by a team of landscape gardeners
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
