The open layout can easily be customized for creative setups, offering a clean, modern, and bohemian atmosphere ideal for showcasing art or hosting unique experiences. What’s Permitted: - Pets - Amplified music, including DJs and karaoke - Parties and events of any type - Lasers and other lighting effects - Excess noise at any time - Smoking allowed indoors Food & Beverage: - Guests may bring their own food and drinks - Alcohol is permitted - No food services are provided onsite - Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space

We have a cleaning fee of $200 for larger events. We make sure the floors are mopped, the walls are clean, and the bathrooms are clean and fully stocked
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
