We follow a strict cleaning and sanitization protocol between every booking. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with local health authority guidelines. All high-touch surfaces—such as doorknobs, light switches, tables, and equipment—are disinfected with EPA-approved cleaning products. Soft furnishings are vacuumed, steamed, or replaced as needed to ensure freshness and safety. Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning and air circulation. We also provide guests with hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, and disposable masks upon request. Our goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and hygienic environment for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
