We kindly request guests to perform a light tidy-up to help us maintain our high standards. This includes consolidating all trash and recycling into the designated receptacles located near the main access road. Please ensure that all personal belongings, supplies, and decorations brought in for your event or shoot are removed from the meadow, common areas, and any rented glamping tents. If you utilized the outdoor furniture or fire pits, please attempt to return them to their original configuration. Any excessive debris, unauthorized disposal, or damage requiring specialized deep cleaning beyond the standard turnover fee will be billed separately. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
