It also benefits from good strip lighting. There is an effective ceiling-mounted heating/cooling unit. A sink with a hot water tap, housing a small tea-making area, alongside WCs, are positioned just outside the studio. Two flights of wide stairs lead up to the first floor and the studio which is accessed via a wide landing and a +1m wide corridor. Access via lift is also available.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
