About Studio One
Studio One is the prefect space for professional photographers to bring clients. We offer a full lobby, receptionist desk, 2 dressing rooms, guest restroom, and viewing room to review photos in addition to our 900 sq ft studio. We have the latest strobe flashes, 25+ backgrounds, props, sofas, and sets to use. The space can be used for live music videos, live-to-tape recordings, multi-camera shoots, podcast recording, photography, model / acting videos, and mixing for bands. Renting the studio for music comes with an arsenal of microphones, music instruments including drumsets, guitars, amps, and an Allen & Heath mixing board.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
