🧼 Clean, Fresh & Event-Ready We take pride in offering a clean, well-maintained outdoor space for every booking. Before each event, the backyard is: Freshly mowed and landscaped Patio swept and outdoor surfaces wiped down Trash and debris fully cleared Gate area and entry path cleaned Restroom (if included) sanitized and stocked All event rentals and decorations from previous bookings are always removed so you can start with a beautiful, open space. 🌿 After Your Booking We kindly ask guests to remove all trash, décor, and rental items at the end of their event. A cleaning fee covers standard outdoor reset, but excessive trash or damage may incur additional fees. We want every guest to enjoy a fresh, welcoming space — and we work hard to keep it that way!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
