Cleaning Process We take pride in keeping Viridian Farmhouse spotless and ready for every guest. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each booking to ensure a safe, comfortable, and camera-ready environment. Our process includes: Full surface sanitization of all high-touch areas (door handles, counters, switches, etc.) Thorough cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and floors between each use Freshly laundered linens and towels for any bookings that include them Regular deep-cleaning and maintenance to keep the home in pristine condition HVAC filtration and fresh air circulation before every reservation We ask that guests leave the space as they found it — tidy and free of excessive debris — and complete basic cleanup within their reserved time.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
