About the Space
Our charming home in the Leucadia neighborhood of Encinitas was built in 1930. The property is peaceful and private with a Coastal Mexican Farmhouse style. Enter our front courtyard through the rustic wood gate and you'll feel transported to a lush resort. The space is a fully-enclosed courtyard patio with outdoor dining and lounge areas. Mature tropical landscaping with serene fountain, Talavera-tiled custom fireplace and island with built-in grill, sink, mini-fridge, spa & outdoor television. Adobe brick studio casita with full bath and custom wood windows & double entry doors. It’s a wonderful space for entertaining!
