Perfect for photo shoot or filming. There is a great mix of woods and open field space plus some winding trails and gravel roads that give you a great array of background options. The water also has several great spaces along the banks and there is a dock that is wonderful for filming or photos as well. Could also be a place to do a small outdoor meeting, but no noisy events. We are a retreat property and keep things peaceful for our guests.
