**Post-Use Cleaning Procedures** To maintain a clean and professional environment for everyone, please follow these cleaning steps after each appointment: 1. **Wipe Down All Surfaces:** Use the provided disinfectant wipes or cleaning spray and cloths to thoroughly wipe down all surfaces, including the workstations, styling chairs, shampoo bowls, and back bar area. 2. **Sweep All Hair, Dirt, and Debris:** Sweep the entire floor area, including around stations and in front of the shampoo bowls, to remove hair, dirt, and debris. 3. **Empty Trash Bins:** Remove all trash from the designated trash bins, including used towels or any disposable items, and place the garbage in the large dumpster located outside in the parking lot. 4. **Don’t Forget:** Make sure to grab all personal tools, products, and supplies before leaving to ensure the space is ready for the next user. 5. **Lock the Door:** Before leaving, securely lock the entrance door to ensure the space is safe and protected. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
