UltraSnaps Studio maintains a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism, and all guests are expected to help uphold these standards throughout their session. The studio is cleaned and prepared by our staff prior to each booking, ensuring a welcoming and spotless environment on arrival. Guests are responsible for returning the space to the condition they found it, including tidying up after themselves, disposing of trash, and resetting any furniture or equipment that was moved for their session. Like Airbnb and similar creative spaces, UltraSnaps Studio requires guests to treat the property with care and respect. Any mess created during your booking—such as food packaging, props, or equipment setup—must be cleaned up before departure. Failure to maintain these standards may result in additional cleaning fees or charges for any damages. Our team will be present on-site for every session, both to provide assistance as needed and to ensure that cleanliness and professionalism are consistently maintained. This policy helps guarantee a positive, professional environment for all guests, preserves the quality of our studio, and supports ongoing creative excellence.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
