The backyard has beautiful greenery plus a pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, and outdoor shower. There’s also guest house which is perfect for glam or production. The house is in the heart of South Beach in a special historical neighborhood called Palm View. It’s really perfect for outdoor photo shoots like fashion spreads, new profile pics, engagement pics, etc.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
