Our Cleaning Standards Include: Full sanitization of all high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, countertops, and appliances). Professional-grade disinfectants used throughout the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas. Linens and towels (if provided) are freshly laundered and sealed prior to each booking. Air circulation: Windows opened between bookings to refresh indoor air. Trash removal and restocking of basic supplies after every reservation. Visual inspection and walkthrough before guest arrival to ensure the property is photo- and client-ready. We maintain these standards for every guest — whether it’s a content shoot, client meeting, or short-term stay — to make sure your experience feels as clean, comfortable, and professional as it looks.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
