The studio is located in South Richmond riverside industrail park, nearby Ironwood plaza has lots resturant, Canadian tire and saveonfood. 1 mins away from HWY 99, total rental space is 1750sf for shooting and event with 24 foot high ceiling. Open space with with facing west side full of sunlights . ( we also provide lighting equipments rental if need it also event decro )

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
