For full control, the window can be completely covered, allowing for 100% lighting control during production. The kitchen island on wheels works beautifully for demonstrations or recipes, while surrounding areas can be styled for product setups, behind-the-scenes shots, or dining scenes. Guests have access to the full first floor during their booking, including: • The kitchen area with modern finishes and cinematic lighting potential • A private bathroom • Complimentary coffee and water The space is located in a quiet residential setting, providing a calm and controlled environment for production. You can bring your own gear and props or use ours — we’re a full video production company and can provide professional lighting, cameras, and crew support if needed. Cleaning Process We take cleanliness and presentation seriously to ensure every guest arrives to a spotless, production-ready space. • The kitchen and all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before each booking, including countertops, appliances, and handles. • Dishes, cookware, and utensils are washed and sanitized after every use. • The private bathroom is cleaned and restocked with paper products and hand soap before each session. • Floors are vacuumed and mopped between bookings. • Complimentary coffee and water areas are wiped and refreshed daily. • We allow enough time between bookings to ensure the space is fully reset and ready for the next guest. We kindly ask all guests to leave the kitchen in the same condition it was found and clean up any food or materials used during the production.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
