This luxurious barndominium-style retreat blends modern design with rustic character, offering a one-of-a-kind backdrop for everything from intimate creative sessions to large-scale productions, weddings, and wellness retreats. Every booking directly supports a meaningful cause — the feed, care, and medical needs of over 65 rescued farm animals who call Soleil Farms home. 🏡 The Space Step inside 2,500 square feet of open, light-filled space, featuring soaring ceilings, curated finishes, and an atmosphere that fuels creativity. The main living area is spacious, acoustically warm, and ideal for podcasts, interviews, photo shoots, and video production. Outside, the property opens into lush green pastures and tropical landscaping, where you’ll meet the real heart of Soleil Farms — our beloved rescued animal residents. The farm is home to goats, donkeys, pigs, alpacas, and more, all lovingly cared for and part of the sanctuary’s mission. For larger productions, weddings, or multi-day retreats, guests can also rent the main house, a 5-bedroom, 3-bath, 3,000 sq ft entertainment home, for an additional fee. This expanded space is ideal for prep areas, bridal suites, talent dressing, or overnight accommodations. 🚙 Add-Ons & Premium Features 1974 Bronco and 1975 Ford F-100 Truck available for photo/video shoots or event displays (rented separately). Select animals may be used in advertising, promotional content, or film for an additional fee, and must be supervised by Soleil Farms staff at all times for safety and welfare. Health and Safety Measures

At Soleil Farms, cleanliness and comfort are top priorities — for every guest, every booking, every time. 🧹 Full professional cleaning is completed after every booking, ensuring all spaces are spotless, sanitized, and photo-ready. 🧴 High-touch surfaces (doorknobs, counters, bathrooms, tables, and equipment) are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products. 🛏️ Linens, towels, and soft furnishings (if used during your booking) are freshly laundered and replaced. 🚽 Bathrooms and kitchen areas are deep-cleaned and stocked with paper products and hand soap before each event or shoot. 🌿 Outdoor spaces are tidied, surfaces wiped, and trash bins cleared and sanitized. 🧺 Trash disposal is handled by staff — please place all waste in provided bins before departure. 🧼 Animal areas are maintained daily by the sanctuary team to ensure a clean, safe environment for both guests and animals. We take pride in maintaining a space that’s as beautiful and healthy as it is creative — so you can focus on your shoot, event, or retreat knowing everything is fresh and cared for. 🌞

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
