A beautiful full kitchen includes a very cute cozy nook that seats two. The gorgeous full bathroom also features a soft arch leading into the bathtub. There is an underground parking for 1 parking spot. For production needs of more parking spaces, neighborhood street parking is available and un-permitted. No pornography allowed. No smoking or drug use. Booked hours include loading, set up, tear-down, and unloading.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
