Filming and Photoshoots work well. Offers both light and dark backgrounds. All interior rooms have large windows and include: living room with gas fireplace & kitchen (860 sq. ft., ceiling: 10'), entryway (19' x 9', split ceiling: 20' and 10'), dining room (15' x 12', ceiling: 10'), office (15' x 13', ceiling: 10’). Additional room and bathroom available for changing clothes, doing makeup, etc., if needed, but not allowed for the purposes of filming/photography. Exterior spaces: Outdoor deck (15' x 15’) and side-yard area with seating and fire-pit.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
