Our space is professionally cleaned and reset between every booking to ensure a pristine, ready-to-shoot environment. Whether you’re filming, photographing, or working on a creative project, you’ll find the studio fresh, organized, and distraction-free. Our studio cleaning process includes: Disinfected high-touch surfaces (tables, counters, door handles, light switches, TV remotes) Floors vacuumed and mopped to keep the space spotless Soft surfaces refreshed (pillows, throws, seating areas arranged) Bathroom fully sanitized for your convenience Kitchenette cleaned and stocked with coffee & tea; counters wiped Trash removed and liners replaced Furniture & decor reset to match listing photos, giving a consistent aesthetic Air and lighting checked for optimal filming and photography conditions Our goal is to provide a clean, functional, and visually appealing studio every time — so you can focus on your creative work without any interruptions.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
