We take cleanliness and guest safety seriously to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for every event. Before Each Booking: – All high-touch surfaces (tables, door handles, light switches, equipment) are thoroughly disinfected. – Floors are vacuumed and mopped with eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products. – Bathrooms are fully cleaned, restocked, and sanitized. – Seating areas, including chairs and cushions, are wiped down and refreshed. After Each Event: – All trash and recycling are removed promptly. – Any spills or stains are treated immediately to maintain a fresh, clean space. – Shared equipment (microphones, piano keys, etc.) is disinfected between uses. Weekly Deep Cleaning: – We conduct a full deep clean of the space weekly, including bookshelves, art displays, and less frequently used corners. – Air purifiers are run to maintain air quality, especially after larger gatherings. Our goal is to create a space that not only looks beautiful but feels clean and safe for you and your guests. If you have special cleaning requests, let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate whenever possible.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
