The space is a large building with multiple art studios within, a lobby area, and a large garage style event space. The space has a bathroom, shower, sink, and a large underpass for protective seating. The large garage space is open for any type of decor, mural, or graffiti that will complement the event in question

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
