Our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between every booking, including: All high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, equipment) Microphones and headphones wiped down with appropriate cleaning solutions Furniture and props sanitized Floors vacuumed/mopped Trash removed and fresh setup provided We ask that guests: Leave the space tidy (props and furniture returned to original positions) Dispose of any trash in provided bins Report any spills or damages immediately Wipe down any equipment you've handled Basic tidying is included in your booking. Deep cleaning is the host's responsibility - you just focus on creating great content!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
