History of the Space This studio was built with Los Angeles creatives in mind. Previously used as a traditional office floor, it has been fully transformed into a multifunctional boutique content space featuring custom sets, curated lighting, and a layout inspired by iconic TV studios and modern creative lofts. Neighborhood Details Located in the heart of Downtown LA, the studio sits within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, sneaker shops, small markets, and local galleries. Guests can enjoy the energy of the neighborhood before or after their booking. There are approximately 15 metered spots directly in front of the building, plus a large public parking lot across the street that almost always has available spaces.
