Large 1250 sf. photo and video studio in warehouse space. We feature a large cyclorama, 20W x 19D x 12H. There is an additional blank corner which serves as an additional shoot location which could be decorated as a set or used with a backdrop. The space includes a kitchen with Nespresso machine, kettle, refrigerator, sink. There are two bathrooms which can double as changing rooms. The building is a quiet warehouse in a office area. The walls feature sound dampening panels for recording video and audio. The space is often used to shoot interviews and audio. There is a garage door which can be opened for natural light, otherwise the studio is naturally a blackout space. Our studio is located to many close restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store. Avery Brewing is a 2 min. drive and has restaurant and brewery. The location is a 10 minute drive from Central Boulder. The location is shared with an office space for a production company and coffee company, but the spaces are separate and only share bathroom. It can also be arranged for rentals to have studio to themselves. The entire space is located on ground floor, no stairs.
