Welcome to UrbanWorks Studios located in the heart of Bushwick BK. This new studio includes the following features: *Green Screen Setup: Two walls in an L-shape, one wall with interchangeable colored backdrops *Red & White Wall Backdrops *Lighting: Four LED RGB lights on a tele-pole, customizable scenes and effects *Ring light stands with phone brackets *Chairs and stools (including stainless steel-legged stools with cushioned seats) *Minutes from Halsey L Train Metro Stops *Air conditioning & Hearing *Mirror *Clothing Rack Additional Service Packages: • Add-on Equipment: Clients can rent additional gear like the treadmill, Bluetooth mics, and more to enhance their shoots The space is 113 sqft and features everything that you'll need for your creative endeavors! Guest Concierge Support Hours: M-F: 9AM-6PM Sat-Sun: 9AM-4PM Please note that we require 72-hour notice in order to ensure availability of add-on purchases. All surfaces are sanitized after each booking. There is also a sink, and hand sanitizers down the hall to the left for all guests to use before they touch anything in the room. There is no cleaning fee along with my bookings but one will be applied if the space is left a mess.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
