This space is perfect for artists, creatives, and even those looking to brainstorm on their next business venture. the space features 22nd story, highrise views in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. The massive balcony allows people to work either inside or outside. With panoramic windows throughout the studio, natural lighting fills the workspace. The studio boasts a three monitors for your use. There is a 65" TV, and Xbox One S, Wifi, and we are in the process of making it a functioning recording studio with an engineer. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
