A 3500 square foot Midcentury cabin lake house on 21 wooded acres sitting on the banks of a completely private spring feed lake - less than 25 minutes from the heart of downtown Atlanta. Woods, lake, creek, house, and out buildings for filming or immersive experiences. There is a dock on the lake shore as well as a floating platform dock in the middle of the lake. Two real military tents with a Humvee surrounded by metal fencing for our Military Base Set. Private gated parking for all your cast and crew needs on site. 5 Minutes to Costco, Home Depot and Walmart for production needs.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
