About the Space

Our cocktail lounge and event space is available for Birthday Parties, Artist Performances, DJs, Anniversary Parties, Networking & Real Estate Mixers, Wedding Proposals, Holiday Parties, Company Parties, Game Nights, Speed Dating, Silent Parties, Brand/Product Launches, Book Signings, Community Meetups, Benefit Events, Dance Classes, etc.. Minimum of (60+) 21+ adult persons must be in attendance. Events with guests less than (60) in attendance will be subject to an additional fee of $10 at our discretion. Please note that alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages will be available for sale at our full service bar. Beverage minimum spend may be required on an event to event basis. Additional Bartenders, DJs, Live Bands, Photo Booth Experiences, and Cleaning Services can be provided at an additional rate. In-person tours are allowed upon availability with a fee of $30 at 9pm & 10pm Wednesday - Saturday, and can be applied to total booking only if guests decides to make a reservation within (24) hours of tour date. Upscale dress code and 25+ adult person event(s) are preferred. 21+ adult person event(s) are welcome. 18+ underage event(s) are welcome to inquiry and may be subject to additional booking rate fees. Booking rates are subject to change at any time without notice, including but not limited to national holidays, high-demand events, special occasions, and multiple date requests. We reserve the unrestricted right to modify booking rates on an event-by-event basis, with or without notice, in our best interests.

The cleaning process includes regular scheduled cleaning of all the common areas on a day to day basis during operating hours.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
