About Factory Underground
Our Cyclorama Wall is roughly 9' High, 25' Deep and 20' Wide. Custom Lighting is available based on your production needs. Also, by request we can paint the walls green for an additional charge and we have a small 10' x 12' Green Screen and Lighting Kit that we rent out for $150.

We clean the Bathrooms and the Space Regularly. A big part of our business is working with SAG AFTRA actorse that have very specific guidelines which are met so all of our Talent, Guests and Employees are protected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
