This beautiful outdoor space is perfect for small to medium events. Grass, pool, trees and vines add a lush garden feel to space. Mountain and sunset views with yard backing to Phoenix preserve. Baby showers, bridal showers and small weddings work well in this space. Fire table and heaters available to be used for small add on charge. Various seating areas, lounge chairs and outdoor furniture ready for use. Large covered patio with seating as well. **Please note there is typically no inside access. Occasional exceptions made for bathroom use of smaller parties of 30 or less. Porta potty rental at renters discretion. Typical (basic) porta potty rental is around $200 per event with delivery.** Rental fee is less than most for location to help defer porta potty cost.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
