Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We provide fresh towels for every guest (one for sitting in the sauna to maintain cleanliness and comfort). Sauna slides are also provided and disinfected after each use. All saunas are cleaned and sanitized daily according to recommended sauna hygiene and heat-sanitization guidelines. High-touch areas are disinfected frequently, and the space is reset between every booking to ensure a clean and safe wellness experience.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
