About Gatherings
Interior space with a built-in bar and floor to ceiling garage doors. Flexible set up can be used for meetings, photo shoots and parties/gatherings of any kind. Holds 100 seated and 130 standing. Tables and Chairs are provided but we can rent highboys if desired for cocktail parties. Large Patio connect to interior space with floor to ceiling garage doors.

Space is cleaned daily, each morning, Secondary cleaning between events as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
