Our Indoor Venue Area 2 can hold any events up to 250 people. We supply a moveable stage, a bar/food station, and lighting and sound equipment. Guests can also enjoy the restaurant and bar, providing convenient catering and beverage options that complement any type of event. We have two restrooms located inside the restaurant area, but portapotties are available, depending on the event. Chairs and tables can be provided for your event. The Compound offers ample parking directly on Supply Ave and the surrounding streets, making parking easy for larger events. Depending on the size of the event, security guards will be positioned around to ensure a safe and smooth experience for all attendees. Because the venue is situated in a fully industrial zone, sound is never an issue. Music and production events can run at full energy without disturbance, all with the proper permits in place.

After the events, our cleaning crew comes in and cleans everything out. Floors are mopped, and all surfaces are disinfected. The restrooms are sanitized, and equipment is moved to return to normal or to prepare for coming events.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
