My bright, beautiful boutique/atelier space is a perfect place for meetings, workshops, small events. I am very flexible, just reach out and we can discuss your idea! The atelier is street-level, so your guests can arrive directly to the space without needing door codes or to go through the building. The space is well-outfitted for many uses, with one large table top and a-frames (can be stored away if not needed to free space) and chairs (for up to 12 people), a kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, fridge, kettle), glasses and mugs for water and coffee/tea, plates and dishes for serving snacks and refreshments, dimmable lighting, a projector (small pocket projector, works best at night), Bluetooth speaker, WC. The main floor is about 23m. Downstairs, there is a souplex space of 16m with a fold-out couch/bed, closet space, and a full bathroom with a shower. This space is great as an extra space for storing materials, but is not large enough to accommodate meetings itself. There is also a mezzanine which I have converted into a small reading nook with floor cushions and string lights, and functions as extra storage for the atelier.
