Our 2,000 sq ft creative studio is a flexible production-ready space designed for effortless hosting and content creation, the studio features a lounge, kitchen, activation or dining space and secondary bar for chefs tables or cocktails, and a multipurpose studio room. Whether you're hosting a brand activation, private dinner, team offsite, photo or video shoot, workshop, tasting, podcast, or pop-up, the space adapts beautifully. You can book a single room or reserve the entire studio for a full takeover. Perfect for guests seeking a polished, intentional space in the heart of East Austin’s creative district. Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning & Checkout Please return the space to its basic original condition: Remove all personal items and trash (bins provided). Wipe up spills or obvious messes. Return furniture to its original placement (photo/reference sheet provided). Place used dishes/cups in the sink. Ensure all decorations, tape, and materials are removed. A standard cleaning fee covers sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, and general reset. Excessive mess may incur an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
