To ensure every guest arrives to a clean, comfortable, and safe space, we follow an enhanced cleaning process between each booking:
• All high-touch surfaces (gate latches, pool rails, tables, chairs, etc.) are thoroughly sanitized.
• Pool area and furniture are wiped down and reset to their original layout.
• Trash and leftover items from previous bookings are removed immediately.
• Floors and outdoor surfaces are swept, blown, or rinsed as needed.
• Pool is checked for clarity, chemical balance, and debris to ensure it’s guest-ready.
• Shared amenities (coolers, floats, grill, seating cushions, etc.) are cleaned or refreshed.
Because of this extra time and attention:
• We ask that all guests leave the space as they found it, with trash bagged and belongings removed.
• Any excessive mess, spills, or damages may result in an additional cleaning fee.
