To ensure every guest arrives to a clean, comfortable, and safe space, we follow an enhanced cleaning process between each booking: • All high-touch surfaces (gate latches, pool rails, tables, chairs, etc.) are thoroughly sanitized. • Pool area and furniture are wiped down and reset to their original layout. • Trash and leftover items from previous bookings are removed immediately. • Floors and outdoor surfaces are swept, blown, or rinsed as needed. • Pool is checked for clarity, chemical balance, and debris to ensure it’s guest-ready. • Shared amenities (coolers, floats, grill, seating cushions, etc.) are cleaned or refreshed. Because of this extra time and attention: • We ask that all guests leave the space as they found it, with trash bagged and belongings removed. • Any excessive mess, spills, or damages may result in an additional cleaning fee. We truly appreciate your help in keeping the space beautiful and ready for everyone to enjoy!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
