Our space is extremely versatile and works well for a wide range of activities. It is ideal for photo shoots, video productions, branding content, commercials, TV scenes, and film projects thanks to its open layout and customizable setup. Beyond production use, the space also works wonderfully for events and celebrations, such as birthday parties, workshops, pop-ups, team gatherings, and creative experiences. Because it is essentially a blank canvas, guests can truly make it their own. For example, we hosted a sixth birthday party that included an outdoor skateboarding area in the parking lot and an indoor glam-and-dance experience—showcasing just how adaptable the space is for unique concepts. The space features a large open warehouse layout with movable hair and makeup stations that can easily be rearranged or removed to suit your needs. Clients may use the existing stations for production, glam setups, or beauty-related content—or clear the area completely to create an open floor plan for rentals, staging, a dance floor, seating, or other custom layouts. The attached outdoor parking lot offers even more flexibility, making it great for activities, loading, staging, or event overflow. With its open design and adaptable furnishings, the space can transform into whatever you envision. One of the most unique aspects of our location is that it truly functions as a blank canvas, giving you full creative control for productions or events. Our space is professionally cleaned between each booking. Guests are responsible for standard cleanup, including removing trash and tidying the area after their event or session. We provide trash bags, paper towels, disinfectant wipes and spray, plus brooms and dustpans.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
