Our creative content studio is a private, production-ready space designed for creators, brands, and small teams who need a professional environment without the scale of a large event venue. With 1,000 square feet of dedicated studio space and capacity for up to 20 people, this room is ideal for focused content creation, recording sessions, and collaborative work. The studio features a private entrance and a clean, adaptable layout suited for photo shoots, video shoots, podcast recording, interviews, educational content, and content creation days. The space is intentionally designed for production and creative use rather than events with guests or audiences. Bookings include access to essential studio equipment such as a strobe light with umbrella modifier, continuous lighting, a basic tripod, white, black, and red seamless paper backdrops, red and green fabric backdrops on a backdrop stand, and assorted chairs and stools for staging. Professional production support is available upon request. Photographer, videographer, and audio engineer services, as well as podcast audio and video recording and post-production editing, may be added for an additional fee. All production equipment is operated by our team and is not available for independent guest use. Our studio is best suited for creative, community-centered, family, and corporate projects and is not intended for bar or nightclub-style events.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
