Fully featured, working production studio with large 40’ long X 26’ Wide X 18’ High cyc. with 200 amps of 3 phase power distributed through 4 lunchboxes throughout the studio space. Studio IS NOT soundproof, but is reasonably quiet. 2 Well designed and appointed lounge spaces (one front of house, one in the production area) with a conference/teleconference area featuring Polycom teleconference technology. Full scenic/prop production area. Kitchen suitable for catering and service. Makeup/Wardrobe/Green room. 2 bathrooms, and easy ground level load-in/load-out with truck access. Grip/lighting packages available. Full production services available upon request. Set building services available upon request. Load-in/out days negotiable. Fully managed, but your privacy will be respected at our location.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
