Here’s what you can expect: • Licensed & Trained Cleaning Team: Our dedicated housekeeping professionals follow a detailed cleaning protocol to ensure every corner of your home is spotless, sanitized, and guest-ready. • High-Touch Surface Sanitization: We pay special attention to frequently touched areas — like light switches, door handles, remotes, and countertops — using hospital-grade disinfectants. • Fresh Linens & Towels: All bedding and towels are laundered on-site or by trusted laundry partners, washed at high temperatures with quality detergents for extra freshness. • Thorough Room-by-Room Cleaning: Bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms are all deep-cleaned between each stay, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing. • Quality Checks: Before every check-in, a member of our team performs a final inspection to make sure everything meets our high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
